We have a 7-day return policy, which means returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.  Please send an email to hello@nitaversatile.com within 7 days of receipt.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email as an acceptance, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will gladly accept returns of unused items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition that you receive it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and custom orders.


Damaging and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We take photos of our products before being shipped to make sure you are receiving the right item and the right quality of the item. Our products pass strict control quality to make sure you receive the best quality of our products.


We are unable to process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item desired.


Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please, remember this can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and to refund it too.
